This blog is all about moving my baking journey forward.  It had stagnated a little bit and I wanted to challenge myself.  Every week I plan to do something I haven’t done before and am very open to suggestions and challenges from anyone reading this.  It will be a warts and all revelation of my triumphs and failures.  Enjoy!

    Well, we have certainly come a long way. Your flour tips would explain why last two attempts at Paris-Brest has been tasty but less than structural. Perhaps I should try a third time.
